Tremain Davis

President & CEO

Tremain Davis is a tech entrepreneur and 5x founder. He started his first tech company nearly 25 years ago. Since then, Tremain has spent the past two decades building businesses and empowering communities. Today, Tremain runs multiple venture backed tech companies that are bringing a myriad of AI products to market. In 2021 Tremain founded his nonprofit, Think PGC Inc. Think PGC is a social impact consulting firm that focuses on community first solutions for sustainable global impact. Think spearheads multiple national programs and initiatives. Additionally, Tremain is a national speaker on the topics of entrepreneurship, innovation and technology, regional economic development, and the changing landscape of cultivating talent for the future-of-work

Tanisha James

Chief Orchestration Officer

Tanisha James is an award-winning M&A and antitrust attorney, investor, operator, consultant, entrepreneur, advisor and board member. She spent 16+ years in practice and top, multi-national law firms and was most recently an equity partner at Cooley LLP where her practice focused on the representation and counseling of corporate clients in connection with their domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, strategic combinations, minority investments, joint ventures and government and private investigations. Tanisha leverages her background as a trusted legal and strategic advisor to support organizations, boards, investors, founders and executives to develop and execute on their strategic and operational goals. Tanisha occupies various management team roles, serves as an advisor to numerous portfolio companies and spearheads projects in the tech, sports, SaaS, beauty, food, private equity, venture capital, deep tech  and other industries. Tanisha is a frequent writer & national speaker on topics including legal trends, entrepreneurship & tech innovation, achieving strategic & operational excellence, investing, fundraising and leadership development.

Claudelia Davis

Operations Manager

Claudelia Davis embodies the spirit of service that defines
Washington, DC's finest public servants. A proud native

Washingtonian, she built her academic foundation at the College of William and Mary before pursuing advanced studies at the Howard University.

For nearly two decades, Claudelia has dedicated her career as a Clinical Social Worker to transforming lives across the nation's capital.
Today, as the Behavioral Health Care Advocate with United
Healthcare, Claudelia champions the needs of Medicare and Medicaid's most vulnerable beneficiaries. Her expertise spans behavioral health case management, psychiatric discharge
coordination, and wellness prevention, where she navigates complex healthcare systems to ensure clients receive comprehensive, dignified care.

Toi is a leader in education innovation with a deep background in K–12 systems and cross-sector partnerships. Currently serving at Encourage, she builds strategic alliances that amplify student success and expand educational access nationwide. Her work bridges the gap between organizations, schools, and communities to create impactful, equity-driven outcomes. With hands-on experience in classrooms and district leadership, Toi brings a practitioner’s insight to her work. She shapes scalable solutions that are informed by the needs of students and educators alike. She is passionate about using data, storytelling, and technology to drive systemic change in education.

Isaac Inkumsah is a technologist and entrepreneur with progressive experience transforming portfolios across healthcare, finance, telecom, MARCOM, e-commerce/trade, and retail verticals. Isaac is renowned for his work in the areas of digital convergence, enterprise architecture, service orientation, and cloud operations. Isaac has a proven track record of enabling multi-billion-dollar organizations expedite business growth and achieve significant cost savings through his consultative and technical expertise.  Isaac is the architect and developer of the Gazelle™ Digital Convergence Platform.

Kimberly Lewis

As the Executive Vice President, Equity and Engagement for the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), championing the return on investment and opportunity cost for investing in a more inclusive culture for organizations, buildings and communities worldwide.  As the co - chair for IWBI’s Health  Equity Advisory along with 200 advisers collaborating to build the WELL Equity rating  purposed to scale  strategies and evidenced based interventions that address health inequities in buildings, businesses and communities around the world.  Formerly Senior Vice President of Market Transformation and Development, North America for  the US Green Building Council (USGBC) Kimberly spent 18 plus years leading and directed USGBC’s 40 local community  advancement teams (Chapters) along with members, volunteers and emerging professionals  delivering on the USGBC mission to improve the quality of life for all through more sustainable  buildings, cities, and communities worldwide.

Julius Maina

Julius Valentine Maina is a strategic public affairs and innovation leader with over eight years of experience at the intersection of technology, policy, and inclusive economic development. He currently serves as a Legislative Specialist and Capital Access Advisor at the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency, where he leads efforts to expand digital equity and inclusive entrepreneurship through public-private collaboration. Julius has held leadership roles at organizations such as 1863 Ventures, gener8tor, and the U.S. Census Bureau, where he’s driven national initiatives to broaden access to technology and capital for underserved communities. Passionate about building equitable startup ecosystems, Julius thrives on connecting mission-driven leaders and translating complex policy into actionable impact.
